You stay in control.
- You always see and approve the first message. After that Anna answers the seller within your order and price limit.
- Payment, a higher price, changes or other personal details always come back to you. A seller's QRIS or bank account is passed on; Anna never pays.
- The chat is in your WhatsApp, readable any time. Typing in yourself? Anna waits and follows your decision.

Quick questions
Whose number does it use?
Your own WhatsApp. Link it once with a code or QR, just like WhatsApp Web. The seller sees you chatting, so replies land in your WhatsApp too.
Can Anna pay?
No. You always pay yourself. If the seller sends a QRIS or bank account, Anna passes it on to you.
Does the seller know it's AI?
Messages go out from your number in a normal chat style. Want the seller told up front? Just tell Anna and it goes in the first message.
What if the seller doesn't reply?
After a day without a reply Anna asks once more. Still nothing, the task closes and you're told. Say "continue" to pick it up again.
Groups or marketplaces?
For now only private chats with sellers on WhatsApp. On Tokopedia or other online shops Anna can help find the item, but you check out.
How much does it cost?
Free during beta, with a fair monthly usage limit.
